1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the jjwin3 platform (accessible at jjwin3.net and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains), you ("the User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with jjwin3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

jjwin3 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a selfie with CNIC, and proof of address — at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by jjwin3 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

To access jjwin3's full range of casino games, sports betting markets, and payment services, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to your jjwin3 account:

1. One Account Limit: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active jjwin3 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jjwin3 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.
2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, a valid email address, and your date of birth.
3. Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjwin3 account password and for all activities that occur under your account. jjwin3 strongly recommends using a unique, complex password not shared with any other platform.
4. Account Non-Transferability: Your jjwin3 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or pledged to any third party under any circumstances.
5. Notification of Breach: You must notify jjwin3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jjwin3 supports a range of Pakistani-friendly payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit to your jjwin3 PKR wallet within 60 seconds. Bank transfer timings are subject to the processing schedules of HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, and Meezan Bank.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations. Cryptocurrency exchange rate risk is borne entirely by the User.
• jjwin3 does not charge deposit fees on standard PKR methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits and verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Full KYC verification — including CNIC submission — must be completed before any withdrawal is authorised.
• jjwin3 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• jjwin3 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding PKR 100,000 or any amount that triggers internal AML review thresholds.
• Withdrawal requests may be suspended, reversed, or denied where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a pending compliance investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jjwin3 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and low-volatility slots may carry reduced contribution percentages.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your jjwin3 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: jjwin3 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage wagering, use of multiple accounts, or deliberately low-risk staking strategies designed to extract bonus value — is detected.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jjwin3 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured on the terms under which it was issued.

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all jjwin3 sports betting and casino products. Product-specific rules are published in the relevant game or market sections of the platform and form part of these Terms.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the jjwin3 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out facility is explicitly offered and actively exercised.
• jjwin3 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was created, offered, or settled in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical malfunction of the platform.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed prior to bet confirmation. jjwin3 reserves the right to restrict stake limits on individual accounts at its discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, jjwin3's decision — based on official result data from recognised governing bodies — shall be final and binding.
• Cricket betting markets on the jjwin3 platform, including PSL and international fixtures, are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather-affected matches, abandoned innings, and DLS method results are settled according to the rules published in the cricket betting section.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data feed latency. jjwin3 will not be liable for any advantage gained or loss suffered as a result of delayed data feeds, and reserves the right to void in-play bets where a material delay is identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jjwin3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC or verification process.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under assumed identities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer product.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the jjwin3 platform, its underlying infrastructure, or the accounts of other users.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjwin3 platform — including but not limited to the jjwin3 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jjwin3 or its licensed third-party game providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwin3 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jjwin3 content without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwin3, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jjwin3 platform, including losses caused by platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if jjwin3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity on the jjwin3 platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss and you assume that risk voluntarily.

jjwin3's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

jjwin3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balance handling is governed by jjwin3's dormant account policy in effect at the time.

You may voluntarily close your jjwin3 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any genuine cash balance remaining in a closed account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
